Afghan green raisins — known as kishmish in Dari and Farsi — shade-dried the traditional way in Kandahar. Shade-drying keeps their pale green colour and gives them a delicate sweetness and softer texture than ordinary brown raisins.

Allergen note: May contain nuts. Packed in a facility that also handles tree nuts.
