In tradition

In many Afghan, Pakistani and Indian households, soaking a handful of black raisins overnight and eating them first thing in the morning is a long-standing family habit, and raisins have a place in Ayurvedic and Unani household traditions.

Traditional uses are shared for cultural and historical interest. Black raisins are a food and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Keep sealed in a cool, dry, dark place. After opening, store airtight; refrigerate in warm weather to keep them fresh longer.
