ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

For wholesale customers, we offer specialized shipping solutions to meet your business needs. Here’s what you can expect:

1. PROCESSING TIME:

Wholesale orders are typically processed within 3 to 5 business days after confirmation. Larger orders (e.g., full container loads) may require additional time for preparation and quality checks. 

2. SHIPPING METHODS:

Standard Shipping: Wholesale orders are shipped via reliable freight carriers to ensure timely delivery. Transit times vary based on destination.

Expedited Shipping: Available upon request for faster delivery. Additional charges may apply.

3. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES:

Domestic (Canada): Delivery typically takes 5 to 10 business days after processing.

International: Delivery typically takes 10 to 20 business days after processing, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

4. CUSTOMS AND DUTIES FOR INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE ORDERS:

Wholesale orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. 

5. TRACKING AND NOTIFICATIONS:

Once your wholesale order ships, you will receive a tracking number and regular updates to monitor your shipment’s progress. 

6. MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY (MOQ):

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

- When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to check its status. 

- Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ghaforifoods.com with your name and order number, and we will assist you.

REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

Returns:

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

Damaged Items:  

If your order arrives damaged, please email us as soon as possible at info@ghaforifoods.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis and will work towards a satisfactory solution.
