What does “unsulphured” mean?
Many commercial dried apricots are treated with sulphur dioxide to keep a bright orange colour. Unsulphured apricots skip that step, so they dry to a darker amber-brown with a deeper, caramel-like flavour.

Keep dried fruit sealed in a cool, dry place and move it to the fridge in warm weather. Orders over $89 ship free across Canada (up to 10kg). For 3kg to 10kg bags, dry-fruit shops and caterers can apply for wholesale pricing.
