APRICOTS

Two traditional Afghan apricots. Our dried apricots are unsulphured, so they dry to a natural dark amber instead of bright orange, with a more intense tart-sweet flavour; choose jumbo without seed or whole with seed, 250g to 10kg. Chapaneemak rolled apricots are pitted, flattened by hand and sun-dried into firm, chewy strips with no added sugar, preservatives or sulphur, 500g to 5kg.
