Shipping policy

We currently ship within Canada only.

Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

Usually 1–2 business days within Ontario and Quebec, and 3–5 business days to the rest of Canada. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free on orders over $89 (up to 10kg). Saffron, raw Mamra almonds and Sidr honey always ship free across Canada with no minimum. Orders of 2 or more Zamzam water bottles ship free anywhere in Canada. All other shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order.

Tracking

Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, email info@ghaforifoods.com with your order number.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders ship by freight within Canada and are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Contact info@ghaforifoods.com for minimum order quantities and freight quotes.
