Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Delivery times (after dispatch)

Usually 1–2 business days within Ontario and Quebec, and 3–5 business days to the rest of Canada. Remote areas may take longer.

Shipping costs

Shipping is $7.99 flat on orders under $89 for parcels under 3 kg (heavier parcels from $16.99), and free on orders over $89. Saffron, raw Mamra almonds, Sidr honey, Barlo chocolate and the Umrah Mubarak gift set ship free across Canada with no minimum (in-shell Mamra is not included). 2+ Zamzam bottles ship free anywhere in Canada (a single 5L bottle ships for $9.99 within Ontario and $15.99 elsewhere in Canada). The exact shipping cost shows on every product page and in your cart before checkout.

Tracking

Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, email info@ghaforifoods.com with your order number.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale orders ship by freight within Canada and are processed within 3–5 business days of confirmation. Contact info@ghaforifoods.com for minimum order quantities and freight quotes.
