HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ORDERS TO REACH THEIR DESTINATIONS?
All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 1-3 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped. Most items should be received within 7-10 business days of your order date. This may be longer for international delivery.

AM I GOING TO RECEIVE THE ORDER ON TIME?
If you want the order to arrive in time, please order it at least 1-2 weeks before the moment you need it to arrive.
ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED TOGETHER?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?
Yes, you can change your address before the item is shipped by contacting us.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, but some products cannot be shipped to international destinations so please submit a message to us from the Contact us page if you can't see your country listed at the checkout and would like to discuss international ordering options.
CAN I GET A REFUND, A RETURN, OR AN EXCHANGE FOR THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?
Yes, we have a hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within our specified return period, and we'll guide you through the return process.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM QUANTITY TO GET WHOLESALE DISCOUNT?
We offer exclusive wholesale discounts for bulk orders to support businesses and resellers. To qualify for a wholesale discount, the total order must meet a minimum of 50 kilograms (50kg). You can combine multiple products to reach this total, with a minimum of 10 kilograms (10kg) required per product. For orders above 100 kilograms (100kg), we provide even greater discounts through our higher discount tiers. CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information and update tracking emails until your order has been delivered.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
To add an item to your cart, select ADD TO CART on the product page. After you finish shopping, review all items in your shopping cart to verify the correct size, and quantity, and fitment. When you are ready to order, select the CHECKOUT button located in your shopping cart. Enter a Shipping Address. Select your method of PAYMENT.
